Does the nightlight seat need an outlet?+
No. It runs on batteries, up to 12 months per set, with 3 brightness levels. Rather have a plain seat? Just tell us.
What if you find a problem when you pull the old toilet?+
Sometimes the flange is cracked or the subfloor is soft. If that happens we show you, quote the fix on the spot, and you decide. If you'd rather not go ahead, you get a full refund.
Will it fit my bathroom?+
All three models fit the standard 12-inch rough-in (the distance from the wall to the bolts on the floor), which is most Central Ohio homes. If yours is different we'll call you before install day and sort it out.
Do I need to be home?+
Someone 18+ needs to let us in and sign off at the end. Clear the bathroom floor and know where your water shutoff is, and we'll do the rest.
What if it leaks?+
