What you're buying

A flat-price toilet replacement at the service address you give us in our Central Ohio service area: the toilet model you choose, a KOHLER Cachet Nightlight toilet seat, a new wax ring and supply line, installation, and removal of your old toilet.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

You pay in full when you book. You can cancel or reschedule for a full refund up to 24 hours before your arrival window. If we find a pre-existing problem at install (for example a cracked flange or damaged subfloor) we will show you and quote the repair; if you decline, we refund you in full.

Guarantees

No-leak: for 2 years after install, if the connections we made leak, we return and fix them at no charge. Clean bathroom: we clean up our work area before we leave.

Texts and emails

If you agree when booking, we'll text and email you about your install (confirmations, reminders, arrival updates). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We don't sell your number.
